It was such a refreshing experience to deal with Nikki Carter at Bill Buckles Brookvale. I was recently wandering around the car yard looking for a car for my son and was helped and pointed in the right direction by Nikki. It was so nice to deal with a lady sales rep who was extremely knowledgeable on her analysis of vehicles and listened to what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a car that day and the whole process from the beginning to the end was to be complemented. We were looking at other cars at other dealerships and considered other vehicles. However, we found Daniel to be so each to deal with. He gave my husband and i lots of information and was able to tell us a lot about the cars. He asked us a lot of questions and listened and we felt he understood what we were wainting. He returned all our calls probmptly and was extremely response. Nothing seemed to be too much, he has a real "can do" attitude. He organized the test drive to suit our schedules. I would like to take the opportunity to provide feedback on Sebastian – the absolute reason why our mild interest in a Subaru for my wife turned into two purchases worth over 100K in total.
Sebastian was welcoming, knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel pressured. When I provided feedback on how we wished to be treated as potential customers he immediately adjusted his energy to the perfect level for us to assess and decide whether we were really keen on the two vehicles.
Just as importantly, on delivery Sebastian could not have been more diligent and patient as he showed us through the features of both vehicles on the Friday night.
