I found Bill Buckle Auto group staff to be informative, on the ball and very willing to provide the customer [me] with an easy, trouble free pathway to purchasing a new car. Nothing was too much trouble and they explain details about the car and the purchase process with ease and honesty. The service staff for Subaru are excellent, very helpful and reassuring. We were looking at other cars at other dealerships and considered other vehicles. However, we found Daniel to be so each to deal with. He gave my husband and i lots of information and was able to tell us a lot about the cars. He asked us a lot of questions and listened and we felt he understood what we were wainting. He returned all our calls probmptly and was extremely response. Nothing seemed to be too much, he has a real "can do" attitude. He organized the test drive to suit our schedules. And negotiated cleanly and his clarity in communication engendered a sense of trust and ease, and we decided to go with Subaru as a result. He was very professional at all times, and we never lost interest even after we picked up the car, it was excellent customer service.

I would like to take the opportunity to provide feedback on Sebastian – the absolute reason why our mild interest in a Subaru for my wife turned into two purchases worth over 100K in total.
Sebastian was welcoming, knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel pressured. When I provided feedback on how we wished to be treated as potential customers he immediately adjusted his energy to the perfect level for us to assess and decide whether we were really keen on the two vehicles.
Just as importantly, on delivery Sebastian could not have been more diligent and patient as he showed us through the features of both vehicles on the Friday night.
